  • CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

    Overview:

    We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly accomplished Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) with a robust track record in strategic operations, digital transformation, Lean manufacturing, and performance management. The CSCO will be responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain function and play a crucial role in driving efficiency, profitability, and innovative supply chain solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain function, including Manufacturing, Co-manufacturing, Supply and Demand Planning, 3rd party logistics, transportation, S&OP, and Procurement across global regions.

  • Position Summary

    Reporting to the Vice President Operations, the Plant Manager will be responsible for the production and logistics

    activities at the facility. This position will be the primary liaison to the Corporate Team and manage a multi-shift

    operation across various departments. In addition, this role has responsibility for directing and controlling

    elements of the production operations within capital and operating budget parameters for the facility. The Plant

    Manager will formulate strategic production plans that are consistent with the company's future planning in terms

    of facilities, equipment, machinery, and personnel. In addition, the Plant Manager will be responsible to lead,

    develop and mentor plant leadership and collaborate with supporting functions.

    The ideal candidate for this position will work effectively in a team environment. The Plant Manager will be able to

    delegate work, motivate a team, and adjust plans as needed to ensure production goals are met. This individual

    should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful manufacturing management.

    Position Responsibilities

    ● Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and guidance to plant management throughout floor level

    associates, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.

    ● Responsible for safety, food safety, quality, product availability, customer service and cost performance

    within the facility by leading with a zero-injury mentality and partnering with Safety, Health and

    Sustainability (SH&S) representative to drive safety initiatives across the facility.

    Position Requirements

    ● Bachelor’s degree is required, major in Food Processing, Engineering, Food Science or Business

    Administration is preferred.

    ● Ten (10) years of progressive manufacturing management experience is required.

    approach is required.

    ● Proven ability to effectively manage and train teams is required.

    ● Previous work experience managing budgets and production financial data is required.
